Bruce Evans e14f11ef9b Brought in the fixes from rev.1.8 - use the freespace() macro ...

instead of buggy explicit code to fix the `Avail' count for
(non-mounted) file systems larger than 11GB, and don't replace
"Avail" counts of < 0 by 0.
