Søren Schmidt 3796cca4ca MFC: 
Only offset raid disks > 1 on the HPT, this should solve the
boot problems..
However this demands that dangerously dedicated disks use an
offset of at least 10 from the start to not overwrite the
raid config sector on the HPT...

Justin T. Gibbs 9b7f5e33d0 MFC: Only attempt to clear SCSIBUSL on Ultra2 controllers. The 
clearing is workaround for a selection timeout bug on U2/U160
     controllers and happens to be illegal on aic7770 (EISA/VL) controllers.

Søren Schmidt 86f2c338a8 MFC: 
Fix the PCCARD ATA breakage..
This is due to a bug that has been in there since Warneer did the
PCCARD stuff, the altioaddr is not offset 8 its offset 14 from
the base address.
Also only probe the master device, no known PCCARD ATA thingies
has a slave AFAIK..

Mike Smith 804d0df39c MFC: updated AMI MegaRAID driver. Brings back support for new adapters 
(all known AMI MegaRAID adapters are now supported), bug fixes and
an ioctl interface for array management.  AMI plan to release binary
versions of their array admin tools which will use this interface.
