The logic in tape.c:getfile() doesn't allow for a filesystem
with a blocksize smaller than the tape block size. The problem
seems to be most easily fixed by changeing where fssize is set.

would work fine for 2.2.6-RELEASE and beyond, many 2.2.5-stable
installations will still be using the broken version of rc.network
which expects to see a return value of 1 as the failure exit code.
