Peter Wemm a26361f8a1 Add Mark Murray's md5 recognition ($1$) into the libdescrypt library. 
This is a "trivial" change - if it is presented with a "$1$ salt (which
is illegal for the DES crypt), it switches to the md5 routine instead.
If it never sees a MD5 string, it behaves exactly as before.

This will be a lifesaver for people who install from cdrom, add users or
set passwords, then go and select the "secure" dist from the ftp server
and would have locked themselves out of their machine.

Some -Wall cleanups came along with it.

David Greenman cd87a67087 Put telnet, telnetd, and libtelnet in the krb distribution where they 
belong. They should be actually moved in the source tree to be under
eBones, but I don't want to mess with that now. This should hopefully
fix the main problem people were having when they selected the "des"
distribution and not krb, but got the Kerberos version of telnet and
friends as a side effect.

Paul Traina 21b4fe120d Remove static in front of declarations for des_setkey and des_cipher 
so that linking against -lcrypt (-ldescrypt) will give us the good
versions instead of the stubs in libc.  (These changes need to be
made to the non-US version of libdescrypt too!)

Allow building and support for bdes program.
A bit more work still needs to be done on secure telnet.

Geoff Rehmet 7dc2bee339 Install secure/lib/libcrypt as libdescrypt, and symlink it to 
libcrypt.  There may be a little modification neede to this makefile once
we start working on tidy make world's.
