Steven Rostedt 8fddbe9bbf ktest: Allow perl regex expressions in conditional statements ...

Add '=~' and '!~' to the list of allowed conditionals for DEFAULT and
TEST_START section if statements.

ie.

 TEST_START IF TEST =~ .*test$
