 - Fix __sched_setscheduler() class change race causing
   lost reschedules, exposed by recent RCU changes (K Prateek Nayak)

 - Fix s64 multiplication overflow in place_entity()'s vlag
   scaling code that can corrupt an entity's placement (Hui Su)
